Seitan and peas Stew flavored with Grappa

Ingredients:

500 g seitan
300 g frozen peas
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
Half shot of Grappa
20 g oil
Salt q.s.

Preparation:

Sauté the carrots and garlic for a minute in a pan with oil.
Add the chopped seitan and fry them for few minutes.
Pour the Grappa until it has completely evaporated.
Add the peas and cook for 20 minutes on low heat, add a few tablespoons of water if necessary.
