Ingredients:

400 g rice
50 g butter
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of parsley
1 glass of dry white wine
1 glass of aged Grappa
1 package of single cream
Salt q.s.
 Pepper q.s
 

Preparation:

Boil the rice "al dente".
Put the butter and garlic in a pan, fry slightly and add the rice.
Add the wine and Grappa  almost  immediately, mix well and  simmer.
Season and add the single cream.
Sauté until it is completely dried out and add the chopped parsley.
If you want you can serve with seafood sauce
