Ingredients:

Medium Chestnuts
Grappa
A little sugar

Preparation:

Roast the chestnuts in a chestnut pan.
They can be enjoyed in two different ways.
The first option is to cool them down and place them in a jar, covering them with Grappa.
The second option is to sauté them with a little sugar, adding a couple of spoons of alcohol, which is immediately flambé.
Then cool them down and place in a glass jar, covering them with Grappa.
