Dear Grappa friends,

with great joy we present the new website Grappa.com, that represents much more than just a website for the Poli Family: it’s our passion.
We decided to completely renew it, to offer you an even more engaging experience and closer to our world, made ok knowledge and flavour.

• An intuitive design: to browse among our treasures in a simple and pleasant way.
• New content and insights: to explore the art of distillation, the history of Grappa and the link among this aquavit and the territory it hails.
• Interactive sections: to discover how to use Grappa in the kitchen and how to prepare great aromatized Grappa at home.
• Digital collections: to admire the ancient books in the “Library of Spirit”, the documents of the Historic Archive and the bottles of the “Grappateca” comfortably from home, exploring a one-of-a-kind heritage.
• Unpublished sections: to experiment Grappa in the cocktails and smile reading nice aphorisms about Grappa.
