The Poli Grappa Museum, located in Schiavon, supports the 13th edition of "The Company's culture week", an initiative promoted by Confindustria and Museimpresa and meant to develop industrial culture.
On 13th and 14th November and from 17th to 21th November, you will be given the opportunity to know the Grappa Museum and the Distillery in Schiavon from a different point of view, along a thematic route intended to enhance the contribution of the distilleries to improve the environment.
The grape is an extraordinary gift of nature from which man gets various products that give pleasure, energy and life.
The guided tour will accompagny visitors to discover how, besides wine, also grappa, brandy, grape brandy and alcohol are obtained from grapes.
The distilleries can value furthermore the grape marc (the skin, seeds and stems of grapes) to produce grape seed oil, tartaric acid, feed, fertilizer, natural coloring, briquettes, energy and electricity.
On the occasion will be presented the latest project by the Poli family,
Mary, Grappa made from organic grape marc.
