A new book has seen the light "Grappa - Italian Spirit"
By the curator of the Grappa Museum an unpublished portrait of Grappa from its very beginnings.

"Grappa - Italian Spirit" is a publishing project of the Poli Grappa Museum and its curator, Jacopo Poli.
An unpublished portrait to leaf through to discover the history of grape marc spirit, thanks to 371 images of rare collectible Grappas.
A tribute to the most important Italian distillate, through historical bottles and labels produced from the 30's till the 50's by 181 distilleries, 122 of which no longer exist.
