Each year the Tasters Research Centre performs many tests on the consumer to verify not only the sensory level of pleasure of the distillates, but also how the name, packaging and the brand result to be attractive. From the test like the one carried out every year at the Vinitaly, at the tasting desk of Grappa & Co. Tasting, we obtain then an index of attractiveness and a sensory index based on thousands of test: in 2006 almost 7000 selections and tastes.
