Refrigerator
It is a container full of liquid aimed at cooling or condensing, depending on the method of construction. Refrigerators are used to roll up the covers of the stills during distillation for "ascensum". Nowadays these refrigerators have been abolished in order to obtain a good distillation; the still covers need to be as hot as the cucurbit. The refrigerator which has been preserved in all distilleries is the one in which you will find the submerged condenser. Normally it is a large receptacle for water or wine.
