Basin
The basin is divided into a wrong and a true basin. A wrong basin that is a tub where the real basin is set in order to receive the liqueur in case of overflowing. A wrong basin equipped with a "hole" made on earth when there is not enough height to manage the false wood basin. The true basin is a small wood tub, dark at the top and at the low, drilled by two holes: in one hole there is a funnel tube to receive brandy during distillation, whereas the other one is used to insert a test or a probe.
